Privacy Policy

Travis Dykes(“I”, “me”, or “my”) operates the iOS applications listed below (collectively, the “Apps”). This Privacy Policy explains how I handle information in connection with your use of my Apps.

I take your privacy seriously. The short version: my Apps do not collect personal information from you directly. The only data collected is anonymous usage data provided by Apple through the App Store.

This policy applies to all iOS applications developed and published by Travis Dykes, including:

• Kindness
• Shared Verse
• Solitaire Deluxe 5000

My Apps do not collect, store, transmit, or share any of the following:

• Your name, email address, or any other contact information
• Location data
• Health or fitness data
• Financial or payment information
• Photos, contacts, or other personal content

My Apps do not currently display advertisements. However, future versions may include advertising provided by third-party ad networks. When advertising is introduced, this policy will be updated to reflect the specific networks used and the data they may collect.

Third-party advertising networks may collect certain information to serve relevant ads, which can include advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA), device type, and general location. You can limit ad tracking at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and by reviewing the Apple Advertising settings on your device.

I use Apple's built-in App Analytics (provided by Apple Inc.) to understand aggregate, anonymized usage of my Apps. This data is collected only if you have opted in to share diagnostics and usage data with Apple developers on your device.

The information Apple provides is aggregated and does not personally identify you. It may include metrics such as app launches, active devices, and crash reports. I use this data solely to improve the Apps.

You can control this setting on your device at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

Apple's privacy practices are governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

Some Apps may store data locally on your device (such as preferences, game progress, or entries you create). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to me. It is subject to Apple's standard iOS data protection and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

My Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact me and I will take appropriate steps.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If I make material changes, I will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
